A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A ONE-TIME GRANT IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $25,000 TO CLEAN MIAMI BEACH, INC., A FLORIDA NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION (“CLEAN MIAMI BEACH”), WITH THE FUNDING TO BE INCLUDED THE FY 2026 BUDGET, IN SUPPORT OF ITS PROGRAMMING EFFORTS TO KEEP MIAMI BEACH AND ITS NATURAL HABITATS FREE OF GARBAGE AND HARMFUL POLLUTANTS (THE “GRANT”), AND FURTHER, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH CLEAN MIAMI BEACH IN THE FORM OF THE CITY’S STANDARD GRANT AGREEMENT TO MEMORIALIZE THE TERMS OF THE GRANT.
