BACKGROUND/HISTORY
I would like to discuss the state of the port-a-potty situation and the Sanitation Department being housed at the 17th Street Garage. How can we move them someplace else? Should they be located in the garage adjacent to Lincoln Road and our Convention Center, and the lack of bathrooms and air conditioning—how does this affect employee morale?
Where could we find our Sanitation Department a home with real bathrooms, and a proper headquarters
