An Ordinance Amending Chapter 126 Of The Miami Beach City Code. 5. Discuss The Status Of Water Quality In Park View Island 6. Discussion Regarding A Proposed Amendment To Eliminate Towing Services As A Conditional Use In The I-1 Sunset Harbour Neighborhood And Instead Make It A Prohibited Use. 7. Discuss The Miami Beach United Request On Additional Neighborhood Notice For Development Proposals And Ldr Changes. 8. Review The City Of Miami Beach Experience And Perspectives On Pervious / Permeable Pavement And Identify Potential Opportunities For Use. 9. Discussion Pertaining To The Measurement Of Allowable Building Height And Height Exceptions In The Altos Del Mar Historic District 10. Directing The City Administration To Develop A Public Seawall Action Plan That Includes An Updated 2011 Seawall Investigation Report And Details Current And On-going Projects To Repair And/or Strengthening Existing Public Seawalls Within The City Vulnerabilities That Demand Immediate Attention Projects Required To Address Such Vulnerabilities, And A Multi-year Funding Plan With Potential Sources For It, And Further Directing The City Administration To Bring Existing Materials And Outlined Proposals To The Land Use And Sustainability Committee If 60 Days From The Adoption Of This Resolution
