C7AE - Authorize License Agreement for City Use of Space

A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate A License Agreement Between The City (tenant) And The Housing Authority Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida (landlord) For The Use Of A Room, Having Approximately 127 Square Feet, At Rebecca Towers South, Located At 150 Alton Road, Based Upon The Essential Terms Set Forth In This Resolution; Said Agreement Having An Initial Term Of Five (5) Years, And Up To Four (4) Additional Five (5) Year Renewal Terms, Subject To Agreement Of The Parties; And Further Authorizing The City Manager And City Clerk To Execute The Agreement.
