A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Authorizing The City Manager, Or Designee, To Select, Negotiate, Award And/or Reject All Bids; Execute Contracts And Agreements; Submit Grant Applications; Renew Existing Contracts That May Expire; And Terminate Existing Contracts, As Needed, During The Recess Period From July 29, 2021 Until The Next Regularly Scheduled City Commission Meeting On September 17, 2021 , Provided That Such Actions By The City Manager Shall Be Subject To Ratification By The City Commission At Its Regularly Scheduled Meeting On September 17, 2021.
