A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Approving And Authorizing The City Manager To Execute A Memorandum Of Agreement With The Florida Department Of Health - Miami-dade County To Perform Water Sampling At Certain Designated Sites Along The Beach Areas Maintained By The City For An Initial Term Of Three (3) Years, At A Cost To The City In The Approximate Amount Of $106,326.96 For The Initial Term, And Hereafter Subject To Annual Renewal Terms Upon Agreement Of The Parties.
