A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Approving A Waiver Of The City Of Miami Beach's Land Development Regulations, For Polo Park, Located At 4301 N Michigan Avenue, By A 5/7th Vote Of The City Commission Pursuant To Section 142-425(d) Of The City Code, To Waive (1) The Height Requirements Of Section 142-105 Of The City Code, In Order To Construct Multiple Light Poles Associated With Park Activities, Up To 70 Feet In Height; And (2) The Setback Requirements Of Section 142-106 Of The City Code, In Order To Construct Light Pole(s) Along Meridian Avenue, As Part Of Improvements To Polo Park.
