A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING AN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT FOR ALL CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS SEEKING GRANTS OR OTHER FUNDING (EXCLUDING SPECIAL EVENT OR SIMILAR SPONSORSHIPS) FROM THE CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT, AS A CONDITION OF QUALIFICATION, EACH APPLICANT MUST CERTIFY THAT, DURING THE APPLICANT’S MOST RECENTLY COMPLETED FISCAL YEAR, NO SALARIED EMPLOYEE, INCLUDING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, RECEIVED ANNUAL COMPENSATION EQUAL TO OR EXCEEDING TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250,000.00).
