A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE ADMINISTRATION TO REQUEST THAT GLOBAL SPECTRUM, L.P. D/B/A OVG360 ALLOW CSW EXPO (CSW) TO APPLY THE SUM OF $19,355.99, CURRENTLY HELD AS A DEPOSIT, TOWARD A NEW DATE FOR ITS EVENT AT THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER, AND TO WAIVE THE FEE OF $27,582.98 INCURRED DUE TO CSW’S CANCELLATION OF ITS EVENT THAT WAS SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE ON AUGUST 15–16, 2025.
