A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE ADMINISTRATION TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A ONE-YEAR PILOT PROGRAM FOR A ONE-WAY VALET PARKING SERVICE AT THE MIAMI BEACH BANDSHELL, UTILIZING THE WEST LOTS FOR VEHICLE PARKING; SAID PROGRAM TO ALLOW EVENT ATTENDEES TO DROP OFF VEHICLES AT THE BANDSHELL ENTRANCE AND RETRIEVE THEIR VEHICLES FROM A DESIGNATED LOCATION IN THE WEST LOTS AT THE END OF THE EVENT.
