A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO NEGOTIATE A PAYMENT SCHEDULE WITH PROFESSIONAL STONE DESIGN LLC, TO ALLOW FOR A 50% DEPOSIT OF THE TOTAL PROJECT COST UPON EXECUTION OF CONTRACT, AS AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY’S STANDARD PAYMENT SCHEDULES, IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE THIS SMALL, SPECIALIZED CONTRACTOR WHO REQUIRES FUNDS TO PURCHASE NECESSARY SUPPLIES AND MOBILIZE.
