A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF TWO BENCHES OR OTHER SIMILAR PUBLIC DISPLAY OR INFRASTRUCTURE FROM COMMISSIONER JOSEPH MAGAZINE, TO BE INSTALLED AT LUMMUS PARK AT THE INTERSECTION OF 12TH STREET AND OCEAN DRIVE, AND DIRECTING THAT THE BENCHES BE PAINTED TO SYMBOLIZE THE CITY’S ONGOING COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY, INCLUSION, AND COMMUNITY PRIDE.
