A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO MONITOR THE FINDINGS OF THE MIAMI-DADE COUNTY SPECIAL TASK FORCE TO REDUCE INEFFICIENCIES IN PROCUREMENT, IMPLEMENT ANY APPROPRIATE RECOMMENDATIONS ADMINISTRATIVELY PURSUANT TO THE CITY MANAGER’S AUTHORITY, AND NOTIFY THE CITY COMMISSION OF SUCH ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS VIA LETTER TO COMMISSION (LTC) WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE COUNTY COMMITTEE’S RECOMMENDATIONS; AND FURTHER DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO IDENTIFY AND REPORT ANY RECOMMENDATIONS REQUIRING CITY COMMISSION APPROVAL IN THE SAME LTC.
