A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, URGING THE FLORIDA LEGISLATURE TO ENACT THE "ROBERT 'RAVEN' KRAFT ACT," ESTABLISHING A CAP ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS THAT MAY BE IMPOSED ON HOMESTEADED CONDOMINIUM UNITS; URGING OTHER MUNICIPALITIES IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY TO ADOPT SIMILAR RESOLUTIONS; AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO TRANSMIT A COPY OF THIS RESOLUTION TO ALL OTHER MUNICIPALITIES IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY.
