A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO CREATE AND DEPLOY A SPECIALIZED POLICE TASK FORCE TO MORE PROACTIVELY ADDRESS AND ENFORCE ANY VIOLATIONS OF LAW COMMITTED BY ROGUE GROUPS OF INDIVIDUALS ENTERING THE CITY RIDING DIRT BIKES, ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES, BICYCLES, ELECTRIC BICYCLES, AND OTHER DEVICES IN A RECKLESS OR UNLAWFUL MANNER, IN VIOLATION OF VARIOUS TRAFFIC LAWS, AND WITH BLATANT DISREGARD FOR OTHER ROAD USERS AND PEDESTRIANS.
