A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO REQUIRE THAT ALL CITY EMPLOYEES SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE AN IN-PERSON, ANTI-SEMITISM SENSITIVITY AND DISCRIMINATION TRAINING, OF AT LEAST ONE HOUR IN DURATION, EACH YEAR BEGINNING IN 2025; AND DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO ENSURE THAT THE TRAINING SESSIONS ARE APPROPRIATELY TAILORED TO THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY EMPLOYEES AND REPORT COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUIREMENT TO THE CITY COMMISSION ON AN ANNUAL BASIS.
