A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO INCLUDE FUNDING IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $50,000 AS A POSSIBLE BUDGET ENHANCEMENT DURING THE FY 2026 BUDGET PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF THE โDOORS TO FREEDOMโ PUBLIC ART INSTALLATION, IN COLLABORATION WITH CUBAN FREEDOM MARCH, DURING ART WEEK MIAMI BEACH 2025, TO BE LOCATED AT 4601 COLLINS AVENUE IN INDIAN BEACH PARK; AND WAIVING ANY APPLICABLE SPECIAL EVENT PERMITTING FEES AND SQUARE FOOTAGE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $3,000. ย
