A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Waiving, By 5/7th Vote, The Requirements Of Section 2-14(d)(1)(a) Of The City Code, And Approving Additional Special Event Sponsorship Funding For Fiscal Year 2024 For The American Black Film Festival (the “abff”), In The Amount Of $97,000, To Provide The Abff With A Total Aggregate Sponsorship For Fy 2024 In The Amount Of $200,000; And Further, Authorizing The City Manager And City Clerk To Execute The Sponsorship Agreements Related To The Approved Funds.
