A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Authorizing The Renewal Of The Environmental Systems Research Institute Software Maintenance And Services Agreement Between The City Of Miami Beach And Environmental Systems Research Institute, The Sole Provider Licensor Of The Esri Software, In An Amount Not To Exceed $56,700 Annually, For A Term Of Three (3) Years; And Further Accepting The Written Recommendation Of The City Manager To Waive, By 5/7th Vote, The Formal Competitive Bidding Requirement, Finding Such Waiver To Be In The Best Interest Of The City.
