A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO ISSUE A LETTER TO COMMISSION (L TC) AND ENGAGE IN ADDITIONAL OUTREACH TO THE COMMUNITY WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS TO ADDRESS WATER QUALITY CONCERNS IN BISCAYNE BAY AND THE ATLANTIC OCEAN WATERS OFF MIAMI BEACH, WHICH L TC SHALL INCLUDE AN OVERVIEW OF CURRENT SAMPLING PROGRAMS AND INFRASTRUCTURE EFFORTS.
