SOLO-GABRIELE TO CONDUCT A WATER QUALITY STUDY AT THE 73RD STREET BEACH PUMP AND THE PUMP STATIONS #27 AND #28 ON WEST AVENUE, AND TO REPORT BACK TO THE CITY COMMISSION WITH THE PROPOSED SCOPE, TIMELINE, AND COST OF THE STUDY.
