A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO ERECT A FLAGPOLE TO DISPLAY THE AMERICAN FLAG AT THE NORMANDY FOUNTAIN LOCATED IN THE NORTH BEACH AREA OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $5,000 AND TO IDENTIFY APPROPRIATE FUNDING SOURCES.
