Please place on the September 17, 2025 agenda a discussion item relating to the license agreement between Global Spectrum, L.P. dba OVG360 and Art Basel U.S. Corp. (“ABUSCO”) for ABUSCO’s use of the Miami Beach Convention Center (“MBCC”) to present its annual art show entitled “Art Basel Miami Beach” (the “Annual Show”).
The existing license agreement will expire after the 2026 Annual Show. Although the existing agreement includes a Right of First Refusal and Renewal to use the MBCC for the 2027-2028 Annual Shows, I would like to discuss with my colleagues the desirability of entering into a new license agreement with ABUSCO for a longer term.
