TITLE:

DISCUSS/TAKE ACTION, SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM UPDATES.

RECOMMENDATION

I would like to discuss the progression of the Sidewalk Repair Program at the September 3, 2025 City Commission meeting.

The Administration should be ready to present and discuss the FY2025 Sidewalk Repair Program. The presentation should include a comparison to prior fiscal years, a breakdown of work by geographic area, an explanation of prioritization criteria, identification of pending locations, an overview of budget utilization and remaining needs, and if possible, recommendations for improving program efficiency and coverage. Following the presentation, the Commission will discuss and provide direction to staff on program performance, priorities, and any adjustments for the upcoming fiscal year.
