Referral To The Finance And Economic Resiliency Committee, To Consider A Proposed Ordinance To The City’s Prevailing Wages Ordinance, Set Forth In Chapter 31 Of The City Code, To Extend The Requirements Of The Prevailing Wage Ordinance To Certain Construction Projects That Are Developed On City-owned Land By Persons Or Entities Other Than The City, Pursuant To Development Agreements, Ground Leases, Or Management Agreements With The City.
