A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Accepting The Written Recommendation Of The City Manager (as Set Forth In The City Commission Memorandum Accompanying This Resolution) And Waiving, By A 5/7th Vote, The Formal Competitive Bidding Requirement, Finding Such Waiver To Be In The Cityโ€™s Best Interest; And Approving And Authorizing The Cityโ€™s Parks And Recreation Department (department) To Use The Vendors Listed In Exhibit D, Attached To This Resolution, For The Purchase Of Food And Snacks, Rides And Inflatables And Other Program Expenses For The Participants In The Departmentโ€™s Programs; Said Waiver Shall Be Authorized For A Period Of Three (3) Years, On A Year-to-year Basis, Contingent Upon City Commission Approval Of The Departmentโ€™s Related Budget Allocation(s) During The Adoption Of The Cityโ€™s Annual Budget, In An Annual Amount Not To Exceed $450,000. ย
