A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Accepting The Recommendation Of The City Manager, Pursuant To Request For Qualifications (rfq) No. 2020-009-jc, For Citywide Security Access Software System, Authorizing The Standardization Of Lenel Onguard Enterprise Software For The City's Access Control System Infrastructure; And Authorizing The City Manager To Negotiate Agreements With The Four (4) Lenel Authorized Top-ranked Bidders: G4s Secure Integrations, Llc, The Top-ranked Proposer, Johnson Controls Security Solutions, Llc, The Second Ranked Proposer, Avi Integrators, Inc. Oba Security 101, The Third Ranked Proposer, And Integrated Security Systems Inc., The Fourth Ranked Proposer, In Order To Create A Pool Of Prequalified Firms For Future Work; And Further Authorizing The Mayor And City Clerk To Execute The Agreements Upon Conclusion Of Successful Negotiations By The Administration.
