A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Accepting The Recommendation Of The City Manager, Pursuant To Invitation To Negotiate No. 2020-191-nd, For Manhole, Structures, And Cured-in Place Rehabilitation And Inspection Services, And Authorizing The Administration To Enter Into Simultaneous Negotiations With National Water Main Cleaning Co., As The Top Ranked Proposer; Vortex Infrastructure Services Llc, As The Second Ranked Proposer; And Envirowaste Services Group, Inc., As The Third Ranked Proposer; And Further Providing That The Final Selection And Approval Of A Contract Shall Be Subject To The Prior Approval Of The Mayor And City Commission.
