A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of miami Beach, Florida, Approving And Authorizing The City manager To Execute An Agreement With Legal Services Of greater Miami, Inc., As Sub-recipient Of The Fy 22 Home Arp funds, In The Amount Of $230,667.00, For The Following supportive Services: (1) $46,866.00 For The North Beach homeless Prevention Program; And (2) $183,801.00 For The eviction Defense Project, To Provide Assistance To City residents Who May Be At Risk Of Becoming Homeless.
