R7L - Clarify Right-of-way Permit Sidewalk Fees

A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Approving The City Administration’s Interpretation Relating To The Fees Applicable To Right-of-way Permits For The Temporary Closure Of A Sidewalk, Pursuant To Section 98-92 Of The City Code, And Providing That The Daily Permit Fees Applicable For Blocking A Local Or Collector Road Shall Apply To Right-of-way Permits Seeking Closure Of Any Sidewalks Throughout The City.
