RECOMMENDATION

Adopt the Resolution.

BACKGROUND/HISTORY

ANALYSIS

On November 10, 2025, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 2025-33950, certifying the results of the November 4, 2025, General Election.

The attached Resolution certifies the results of the City of Miami Beach’s December 9, 2025, Run- Off Election and formally declares all candidates elected.

The Canvassing Board, designated pursuant to State law and the City Code, was present during the tabulation of the Run-Off Election results and has now fulfilled its duties.

Adoption of this Resolution concludes the City Commission’s actions related to both the November 4, 2025, General Election and the December 9, 2025, Run-Off Election.

Please note that the Unofficial Results of the Run-Off Election are attached. Once the Official Certification of Election is received, it will be included as Composite Exhibit “A” to the Resolution and made part of the public record.
