Please place the above item on the City Commission agenda as a referral to the Land Use and Sustainability Committee (βLUSCβ) and the Planning Board to discuss an amendment to the Land Development Regulations to permit a Temporary Sales Building in the RM-2 zoning district in a limited capacity when certain requirements are satisfied. As this was publicly discussed, outlined and included in the development agreement that was previously passed.
