C7I - Allocate Ship Funds for Housing Programs

A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Approving And Authorizing The City Manager To: (1) Allocate Fy 23/24 State Housing Initiatives Partnership (ship) Funds, In The Amount Of $612,688.00, As Follows: (i) To The First Time Homebuyer Program And Homeowner Rehabilitation Program In The Amount Of $398,247.20; (ii) To A Rental Development Rehabilitation Project In The Amount Of $153,172.00; And (ill) To The Ship Program Administrative Costs In The Amount Of $61,268.80; And (2) Issue A Request For Applications (rfa) To Select An Eligible Rental Development Rehabilitation Project; And Further Authorizing The City Manager And City Clerk To Execute City Interdepartmental Agreements And Other Agreements With Sub-recipients Of Ship Funds.
