(“plaintiff”); Authorizing The Mayor And City Clerk To Execute The Settlement Agreement Accompanying This Resolution And Any Documents And/or Agreements Related Thereto; And Further Authorizing The City Manager And City Attorney To Take The Necessary And Appropriate Steps For The Implementation Thereof.
