A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Approving The Revised Special Event Requirements And Guidelines Attached To The Commission Memorandum Accompanying This Resolution; Said Revisions Requiring (1) Enhanced Notice Of Proposed Special Events To Neighborhood Associations And Affected Property Owners Within A Certain Radius Of The Proposed Special Event, And (2) City Commission Approval Of Special Events Located In Specified Areas In And Around Lummus Park, Among Other Terms.
