A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Accepting The Recommendation Of The City Manager, Pursuant To Request For Qualifications ("rfq") No. 2022-168-nd, For Construction Engineering And Inspection ("cei") Services On An "as Needed" Basis; Authorizing The Administration To Establish A Pool Of Pre-qualified Consultants For Cei Services On An "as Needed" Basis; Authorizing The Administration To Enter Into Negotiations With Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., As The First Ranked Proposer; Eac Consul Ting, Inc., As The Second-ranked Proposer; Ces Consultants, Inc., As The Third-ranked Proposer; And A&p Consulting Transportation Engineers Corp. And Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc, As The Tied Fourth-ranked Proposers; And Further Authorizing The City Manager And City Clerk To Execute Agreements With Each Of The Proposers Upon Conclusion Of Successful Negotiations By The Administration.
