A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Approving, In Substantial Form, A Construction Agreement With The Florida Department Of Transportation (fdot) In Connection With Construction Of The City's Intelligent Transportation System (its) And Smart Parking System (sps) Project Along Fdot Rights-of-way; And Further Authorizing The City Manager To Execute The Construction Agreement And Any Corresponding Maintenance Memorandum Of Agreement (mmoa), Between The City And Fdot, Relating To The Maintenance Of The Project Improvements.
