A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Delegating To The City Manager The Authority To Execute Sponsorship Agreements In The Amount Of $25,000 Or Less, Cash Or In Kind, For Marketing Or Related Activations At City Events, To The Extent Permitted By Law; Further, Requiring That The City Manager Release A Monthly Report Via Letter To Commission Documenting The Name Of Each Sponsor, The Amount Of The Sponsorship Fee, The Nature Of The Sponsorship And The Duration Thereof.
