A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Approving And/or Authorizing The City Manager To Allocate Fy 23/24 State Housing Initiatives Partnership (ship) Funds In The Amount Of $153,172 To The Housing Authority Of The City Of Miami Beach For The Rehabilitation Of The Lois Apartments, An Affordable Housing Property Located At 211 Collins Avenue; And Further Authorizing The City Manager To Execute Any Documents Or Agreements In Connection With This Allocation Of Funds.
