A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Approving And Authorizing The City Manager To Execute Amendment No. 1 To The Professional Services Agreement Between The City Of Miami Beach, Florida And Wannemacher Jensen Architects, Inc., For Architectural And Engineering Services At Fire Station 1, For Additional Surveying And Subsurface Utility Engineering Services For Work In The Right Of Way, Replatting Of The Project Site, Design Services Required To Provide Under-building Parking And Access Ramps, To Address The Conditions Of The Historic Preservation Board, And To Address Any Other Services, For A Not-to-exceed Amount Of $571,037, With Previously Appropriated Funding.
