A Resolution Of The Mayor And City Commission Of The City Of Miami Beach, Florida, Approving And Authorizing The Mayor And City Clerk To Execute Amendment No. 12 To The Professional Architectural And Engineering (a/e) Services Agreement Between The City Of Miami Beach, Florida And Wolfberg/alvarez And Partners, Inc., For Additional Architectural And Engineering Professional Services Including (1) The Design Of An Alternative Resilient Storm Water Retention System To Assist With The Future Flamingo Park Neighborhood Drainage Improvement Project, (2) Revisions To The Drainage Plans For The Baseball And Softball Fields, (3) Correction Of Existing Unforeseen Conditions In The Baseball Stadium, And (4) An Allowance For Unforeseen Additional Design Services For The Flamingo Park Master Plan Gob Project, In The Not-to-exceed Amount Of $194,361, With Previously Appropriated Funding.
